hi

found xntpd and timed packages, installed them, now how do i configure it??
docs for timed say that timed should be started from rc... but i didnt find
a default entry in /etc/init.d . do i have to create my own?

and finally how do i configure my machines one of them to be a server and
others to synch the time?

Regards
Sachin Dole

search for xntpd and network time servers (or network time protocol). You
have to configure your machine as a time server.
