ok it it like this.
download the alsa-* packages from alsa-project.org.
u will have 3 package alsa-driver*bz2 ,alsa-lib*bz2
alsa-utils*bz2
The INSTALL file has complete instructions about install the card.
there was post on this in the month of june or july. please refer to that also.
