ICEWM is a cool, lightweight window manager.

You can convert KDE menus to ICEWM menu using kde2ice python script. You can use kfm 
file manger along with icewm WM. Deadly combination. You can run GNOME / KDE 
applications in icewm.

ICEWM is excellent. On the ICEWM themes site there are not many themes with 
background. The themes are good but without a background pic. I have downloaded some 
nice wallpapers and applied them to these themes and created my own themes. In case 
you are interested in themes created by me then mail me on my personal email id 
[EMAIL PROTECTED] I will be happy to share them with you.
