That's only a plaintext signature designed to demonstrate what a piece of
broken, useless software outlook express / outlook is. Quite an old trick - a
variant on the 'signature virus' :)
Tell you what - save that message to text and read it with notepad. It'll
give you a hint of some sort (and give you a good laugh at the same time when
you see how outlook handles MIME).
