Hi All!

I am faced with a otherwise funny mail problem. I have
to manage a small network with Class-c network address,
which is connected to the internet through VSNL dialup.
Becuase we want all users to have their own e-mail
addresses, I have used a internet based mail
redirection service (e.g. cjb.net) with a domain name,
say xxx.cjb.net. Now all my users can have
[EMAIL PROTECTED] address which will be redirected
to the VSNL account and I get fetchmail/procmail
working and everything works fine with sendmail
using masquarading the local address with domain
"xxx.cjb.net".

The problem is here that everytime sendmail tries
to deliver the mails to the smart host (vsnl.net.in)
it tries to resolve the domain "xxx.cjb.net", which
takes a long time.

Is there a way around this and still have a mail
originating from the local network have return-path set
to "xxx.cjb.net".

Any suggestion will be most welcome

Madhurjya
