no no it should be tcl but in any case its most likely installed.

However to cheat on writing expect scripts use "autoexpect". One has to
clean up the code mind you. But having said all that, using expect isnt a
good idea for this application as you can settle it with giving suid
permissions.
  On the other hand if you want to learn expect then its another matter.
Go for the man pages, there's one good tutorial on the net ( sorry no url)
and the best are the expect scripts that comes with the source.
