Am just not interested in censorship or invading of privacy.
Just that the mgt wants me to ensure the official email address
is not misused. It wouldn't be a problem if the principal is sensible enough
to type the official mail himself but that is far from being realistic. He
wants his PA to type the mails, but require his authorisation to his send
mail :(.
Preventing the misuse of official email address seems to be impossible to
me.
P.S: Ensuring official email address is not misused is not invading of
privacy. Sneeking into personal mail of the employees is. I an not
interested or needed to do the second one.
