Do not take any chances with this machine. You don't know what other
trojan horses and hidden booby traps the cracker might have left
behind. Backup all data and logs and configs on the computer into a
tape. Or get a new hard disk. Reformat the computer and install from
scratch. When installing - install only the stuff you need. Then go
through the Security HOWTO and secure your system.
Once your system us secure, look at the data you backed up and slowly
try to trace who the cracker might have been and where they came from.

Typically, you will see it in the logs. But good crackers usually clean
up the tracks they left behind.
