Hello World !

This problem might be off topic. I was working on my RHL box, when suddenly
everything went blank, the monitor just stopped responding.
I rebooted the machine, and this is what I got :

    CMOS checksum bad. Press F1 to resume.

On pressing F1 I was taken to the CMOS setup screen. I changed some settings,
then autodetected my harddisk, and again rebooted.
The machine came up normally, I got my LILO prompt, but when it as soon as 
it started booting into Linux, the monitor again went blank ... the story repeats !

I suspect it is mt hard disk creating problems. Someone guide me on this.
