Just checked it out. Shridhar....you have doen a super job. It must have
been a lot of work and it shows. Heck I will get one printed out.
On the other hand have you thought of putting it up as an html, it would
be more accesible that ways.Since you already have the lyx file, you can
export it to latex and then run latex2html or tth.
And just another thought, in the palce where you are discussing the
8.4gb limit, i think one should mention the 1024th cylinder, cause the 8.4
figure is dependant on the disk size ( ie 10GB? for this case)
