That is, one ip per ethernet card? Just ifconfig eth0 whatever, ifconfig eth1
whatever etc etc. Or edit /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth* (assuming
you are running redhat)

ifconfig eth0 down - and remove the ifcfg-eth2 from
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts
