GO through the files in /usr/X11R6

manually copy executables you think you need, you'll definitely need
/usr/X11R6/bin/[XServer]
/usr/X11R6/bin/XWrapper
/etc/X11/XF86Config
/usr/X11R6/bin/nxterm

find out the required libraries for the executables and copy them to ur
ram image. And there are lots of font files which can be left out.

And don't forget the link for the mouse device in /dev

I did this sometime back.. don't have a list of files... I did it by hand
and it took quite some time...painful!!
Advantage is that you know what files u exactly need for ur system.

Since u have a 16MB flash.. you can have a larger ramdisk image....
maybe 15 or 20MB ( hope u have enough RAM for that). I suspect that you're
using an M- Systems  D O C?
