Here is a short howto
install ms access install myodbc
configure a myodbc dsn using the control panel 32bit odbc applet.
open msaccess
create a new blank database
right click in the tables tab
select link tables
chose the type as odbc connection,
choose the above created dsn
select the tables you want to see
choose the primary keys for the tables
voila

Sure.. I suppose you mean Win95 OSR 2.x, though.

MyODBC is basically a package of MySQL ODBC drivers to be installed on your
client machines.

None... sorry. As with many other things, this is an area where I have
theoretical knowledge but have not yet gotten round to actually trying it
out. :-)
