1. Please check what kind of authentication you are using - Change it to
plain text password. Please refer to
/user/doc/samba????/docs/NT4_PlainPassword.reg. Copy the to your NT machine
and run it. It will automatically update the registry and as usual -REBOOT.

2. Please keep in mind that if you would like to access Linux Box the user
name must also exists in that server. The user can have any fake password it
doesn't matter. if that user is authenticated by NT domain server with the
password in it Linux machine will let you access even the user has accessed
with a different password.
