Hi!

Try www.subdimension.com. They offer a free POP3 account and I have been using it for
almost a year - and it works like a breeze.
To top it all, they don't ask you a hazaar questions in the registration form.

What exactly do you need? I doubt if these sites, being advertisement
driven, will allow you access to your inbox via POP3 - you most likely
will have to access them via their web interface.

That said, they might offer POP3 access to your mailbox as a premium
service. I have heard that usa.net offers this.

OTOH, if you need your mail elsewhere in your hotmail/yahoo inbox, I
am sure they can pick these mails up via POP3. I know for a fact that
hotmail and yahoo offer this service.
