Yahoo sure does at the 'options' but by default they make you agree, you
will be receiving their promotional offers/'standardized' spams to your box,
time to time.
Be sure, while you choose a 'free' POP server for your regular mails - there
are few services like SoftHome, which don't allow, checking your mails more
than once in ten minutes *shrugs*
