Yes, very much..
One approch would be, just install RH7.0, on a different root
partation, in a usual way. Do not install the Lilo. Now reboot the system,
U will boot RH6, since this was already existing. Now edit the
/etc/lilo.conf to boot RH7. Run /sbin/lilo and reboot ...
