Hi
This was discussed just yesterday and today.
Get new lilo and install it. i.e. boot in linux using a floppy, download new
lilo, compile it and install it...

Here is the link to lilo without 1024 cylinder limit. Just compile it.
- make
- su
- make install
- lilo -v

Or move your second windows partition to the end of the drive and install linux
there. It will start below 8.4 GB and rest should be fine...
