Hi adding my question :
.
I work behind a proxy .In my netscape communicator when i try to down load
from ftp site it gives me an error but my administrator came and added a
port (1963 )in the proxy setting then i could down load it .
I would like to know where is that port(1963) defined .and how is it
different from port 21 that is usually the ftp port ? Bit confused.
