Hi Inder,
Just add lines like userquota,groupquota bfore defaltsline in inittab for /home
/var
then use edquota - u <username>
this will open your $EDITOR i.e vi in many cases .
you can restrict on no blocks soft and hard (each block is 1024 byts) or even on
no inodes .
