while editing  vi /etc/inetd.conf  i get the following message .? How disd
this ".inetd.conf.swp"
get formed ? and what does it mean ...


ATTENTION
Found a swap file by the name ".inetd.conf.swp"

While opening file "inetd.conf"
             dated: Thu Sep  2 16:00:45 1999
