Hello,
I have set up exim on my box to send mails. I send mails using pine.
But when I try sending mails to another user on the same machine, pine
`almost' hangs. It takes a very long time and does not come out. I
have to kill the job. But, messages intended for outside users are
delivered/sent. I checked the configuration file of exim and localhost
is there. The relevant section is quoted below:
local_domains = localhost:haralu.xrdlab.mysore:haralu
In the pine configuration, smtp server has both the entries
giasbg01.vsnl.net.in
localhost
in that order. Changing the order also did not help.
What can be the problem?
Any pointer/help is appreciated.
