Use samba client for that 
$smbclient -L hostname  will show u all the shares of the hostname u have shared from 
the windows dabba

to use those share u can use 
$smbmount 
or
$smbclient //hostname/sharename  it will prompt u for password, a valid password give 


Better is download "LinNeighborhood" from net, it is a GUI based (Just like windus 
Network Neighborhood)
