Found the driver but Rockwell chip set modem have diasppeared from the
market because motorola has slashed the chip set prices.

No idea.

BTW External modem is always better (except for the price) because internal
modem puts a lots of load on cpu,
and on linux box x+kde+netsacpe+internal modem, Hmm... don't know what will
happen.
