You will have to mount /dev as rw , because login will change the
permission of tty in /dev directory.
Well I already have server made exactly as above and for last 3 years, never
had a fsck.
Thanks to Electricity Board and my peon, who never bother to shutdown the
sever with three finger salute ;-))
