Hi,

slrnpull and slrn work fine. I am now subscribed to

linux.debian.user
comp.mail.mutt
comp.mail.sendmail :-)

In slrnpull there is an option to post the mail too. But when I try to
followup or post a message from slrn it tries to connect to

news.cis.dfn.de

What setting I have to do in .slrnrc so that the posted message goes to

/var/spool/slrnpull/out.going

------------------------------------------------------------------------
rajesh@debian:/var/spool/slrnpull$ pwd
/var/spool/slrnpull
rajesh@debian:/var/spool/slrnpull$ l
total 16
-rw-r--r--    1 root     news           16 Mar  4 19:28 authinfo
drwxr-xr-x    2 news     news         4096 Mar  4 22:20 data
drwxr-xr-x    4 news     news         4096 Mar  4 22:53 news
drwxr-xr-x    3 news     news         4096 Mar  4 19:13 out.going
lrwxrwxrwx    1 news     news           23 Mar  4 19:13 slrnpull.conf ->
/etc/news/slrnpull.conf
rajesh@debian:/var/spool/slrnpull$
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Then after connecting to net I can send the posting using

slrnpull --post.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
<snip from slrnpull man pages>
 --post Post any out-going articles, but do not attempt to
              download any new articles from the server.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Thanks in advance.
