First of all sorry for the delayed reply. I am subscribed to
the mailing list in digest mode, so receive mails posted to
the list quite late.

First of all do one thing. Try posting your mails to
alt.test. This newsgroup is for testing your settings. Don't
post to the actual group unless you feel that everything is
fine. Do trial & error by posting to alt.test.
When I try posting only one entry goes in out.going
directory and only one mail is posted by slrnpull. Just
check how many postings are there in out.going. This could a
problem when slrn posts you mail and sends to the out.going
queue. In that case it may be a slrn setting problem
somewhere. I am also a newbie to slrn :-)

When you start slrn it only shows you a listing of
subscribed newsgroups. To get a list of all newsgroups press
'L'. Then press 's' on the newsgroup for which you want to
subscribe and put an entry for that newsgroup in
/var/spool/slrnpull/slrnpull.conf to pull news from this
newsgroup.
Try these things out.
Regards
