why did you do the ./Build install right away?

there are lots of file there called .mc? Copy the file generic-linux.mc (or
the /etc/sendmail.mc from redhat's older sendmail) as config.mc and then run
sh Build config.cf
before doing this, first remember to change this line ...
include(`/usr/lib/sendmail-cf/m4/cf.m4')
to
include(`../m4/cf.m4')
> and what is this m4 I am totally confused ????
mjollnir:~ which m4
/usr/bin/m4

sh Build install will take care of it. Again, PLEASE read the "INSTALL" file.
Then, install praliases, rmail, libsmdb, libsmutil, libmilter etc etc by cd'ing
into every directory and doing a sh Build install in each case.
Easy as that.
