Some XF4.x debs for potato are at 
http://people.debian.org/~cpbotha/
But the cpbotha archive does'nt have task-x-window-system

But as Mrinal pointed out, it is safer to upgrade via apt to 
unstable..that way,all necessary upgrades are handled easily
