Actually i need to setup a proxy server for my institution which will serve as a
internet gateway. But is there a way that i can subdivide my 2 Mbps connection to
different sub groups in my network or to be very specific to different users. Say that
a group named guest cant access internet bandwidth more than say 128 kbps....
