I dont have a regd .Domain .
I have around 5 pc in my setup .
I have installed linux on a m/c as server .The m/c name is test.com
192.168.1.100
I have installed exim 3.16 in the same m/c.
The remaining 4 pcs i have named them as setup1.test.com linux (REDHAT
6.0 ) 192.168.1.101
setup2.test.com( Linux caldera ) 192.168.1.102
2 - windows m/c (192.168.1.103 - 104).
named setup3 and setup4.
I want to set up DNS. How can i practically test my DNS ?
I would also like to use MX in DNS in my main test.com server .Suggest me
some simple tests that i can perform with this setup .Ya i have a vsnl a/c
and modem also .
Suggest me some scenarios which can clear my understanding of DNS and
mailserver setup .
