[LIH] changing ftp authentication passwd by user...

HI LiH

In my FTP server i want that a particular user should be able to change his
password for allowing people to log in to his home directory .At the same
time i dont want him to use the root password ..Can this be achieved .
Some sort of restrictive authority to be given to user so thst he can change
his password ...
