Let me explain ....
my ftp server caters to a large no of users .Its a dedicated FTP server
.Nothing else loaded on it ..
I dont want any one to administer it ..
Lets take a example where User A (mktg person ) wants to send separate
Quotation to his clients ;
Suppose a user A has a particular home directory which he shares with his
clients ...and user A wants
person x to download the document but does not want person y to see it .
so what user A does is that he changes his passwd ans gives it to person x
and mails him the passswd .so person A retrieves the doc and and sly he
changes the passwd ad gives it to person y and asks him to get his mails
....
I can give the user more folders but that would confuse him ...
Can u think of some solution for this ...
Believe me these docs are very big which choke the BW if sent by mails ...
that shld be clear
Any suggestions ???
Regards
Raj...
