[LIH] ifconfig: frame

Hi,
  whats the "frame" field that an ifconfig shows. Is it by any chance the
packet re-assembly window ? Man ifconfig doesnt seem to have a way of
controlling this, OTOH if it *is* the TCP window, then I think "route" has
a way.
