Oh well - it's current in 8.9.3 then - I've been using 8.10 and higher
versions for quite some time. Forgot, a bit.
The use_ct_file thing is still current, but the file is now called
/etc/mail/trusted-users

In the sendmail source, it is doc/op/ope.[me|ps] - the same stuff is available
in the sendmail-doc rpm from your linux CD.
