your hard disk is capable of UDMA/66  (aka udma4) but it's only doing
udma2 ! can u check if your motherboard supports it ?(does ur motherboard
have drivers/support in the kernel? have u enabled it ??)

also check if you have a 80wire cable or 40wire cable.
