client side scripting sucks.... get one of those sites and don't pop your
ad up... just a neat banner on top (fortunecity.com - 100MB)
and add this section to the top of all your html files right after the

and actually you can have this piece of code anywhere in the page but
having it right at the top will make sure that the ad on top is covered up
ASAP.
or better still you can make your entire page to be a layer that is
displayed top of a blank page!
