Hi John,
Try out GRUB. I have started using GRUB from yesterday and much more happy
with it. The configuration is also easy. I got grub with debian. The link
where u can download grub is :
ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/grub/
Here I am using grub to boot Debian, Mandrake and Windos 98 :-)
Give it a try. u won't look back to lilo.
