I have nothing against joe or vi, but I feel that editor bashing is kinda 
kiddish. I used to be a joe follower till some time back - and yes you can 
make it do different tab sizes and indent-rules based on file extensions - 
automatically (can you believe that ?). Besides it's config file is *nice* 
and readable! I just happen to use vi now because I need to - and it kinda 
grows on you... 
One's editor is like one's own religion. It's kinda personal too. So no point 
in arguing about it.
