Alternatively, try setting the following parameter in
the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\WinLogon
DWORD Value: EnablePlainTextPassword
Data: 1

It should now show you the network neighborhood!
