Two things:

* I mention the port of imaps as 931.  That was a typo.  The actual port
is 993.

* I noticed that I am able to change into the folder by typing the full
name (imap server, port and all).  I'm just not seeing the folders as
being listed as part of the listing of Inbox.  But I guess that is valid
coz mutt's GUI only shows folders OR mail listing.  Never the two
together.
