Even I heard about that MS Linux distro thing but I really don't think MS is
going to do that otherwise who will use their *own* OS. Or maybe they really
are working on some kind of a linux distro behind closed doors. And about
the Java being bought by MS thing . You are probably referencing to the new
C# language that MS ha developed and is a part of Visual Studio 7. According
to MS C# is more relevent than java across the MS .NET platform than JAVA
and might replace java in the near future. Although I don't think that is
possible. Java's strength lies in the fact that it is compatible across
almost all imaginable platforms and not only the .NET architecture.
