Is this an external modem ?? in that case you don't need any extra
drivers.
you can connect to the net using any of the existing software...
wvdial , kppp or just plain old pppd.
If it's an ISA internal modem then there's a possibility that the modem
would work... you will need to play around with the jumpers and stuff I
think.
