Read about X-400 a bit (its an older messaging protocol ...).  And MHS is an
oldish Novell Netware based messaging system.

These headers are likely inserted by an old copy of Microsoft Mail on win 3.x
or 95 (the one which used to come with an icon called "Inbox")
