you don't have DNS set correctly.
if you are using windows machine to connect in... add ms-dns in the pppd
options
if you are using linux... set the machine you are dialing into to be ur
DNS server in resolv.conf
or
add the www.mydomain.com entry in the /etc/hosts file!

you need to turn on gatewaying/ip masquerading etc.
