Are you trying to dial thru a modem connected into a TA ? or are you
trying to dial thru the TA itself ?

If you want to dial thru a TA you don't need any special tool... only
thing is ISDN doesn't use pulse or tone mode... just say ATDnumber and it
should work.
BTW one issue is that the max speed of a standard serial port is 115200
and your TA can do upto 128000 ... so you will lose the extra frames of
data... some of the newer mobo's come with highspeed serial ports... they
are capable of higher speeds... but to activate them u will need to make
changes to ur kernel/use modules.
