R u sure that your ISDN line is up and running...caz sometimes it happens...
in ECION DIVA T/A you can identify this with LED's in front side...
I dont know about ACE...but anyway you have to configure your T/A for Indian
ISDN type and the telephone numbers of your ISDN first(I blve you have done
this). You can configure your T/A for even MLPPP using modem commands but
you wont get the real bandwidth bcaz of Serial port speed restriction...
Simply try the following:
linuxconf>config>Networking>Client Tasks>PPP/SLIP/PLIP>Add>PPP>Accept>Phone
Number (Enter the Phone Number of your ISP)>Login name and Password.
Click quit....
Come back to same PPP and select connect and Enter...see what is
happening...
