The MSOE stores all mails and contacts in the folder named
C:\Windows\Application Data\Identities\<some value>\Microsoft\Outlook
Express. Just copy the whole of the Identities folder somewhere on the nw
HDD. Then start the newly installed version of MSOE and select File -->
Import Messages --> Microsoft Outlook 5 --> OE 5.0 Store Directory.
This will give you a browse box which you can point to your backed up folder
of OE data. Import happily thereafter.
