 Ravi - I believe we were talking about this sometime back.  Openldap works
 great for all mail clients *except* outlook (even with the lookout /
 ldap-users etc tools you pointed me to).

 We ultimately implemented the address book using Dencom Global Address Book
 (non free - but works quite well as an exchange plugin).

 as it is an exchange plugin, you'd need to use exchange in CWS mode (tools -
 options - reconfigure mail support) which supports exchange mailboxes and
 pop3 only - not imap :(
