You can buy an internal 56K motrola chip modem for Rs 1200/- And for
exteranl go for Wintron , windtron is best, it will cost you around Rs
2200/-. Or go for US Robotics.
And for UPS, go for LUMINOUS.
And for ISP, VSNL has no match. Go for VSNL.
